Ashray has more than 13 years of professional experience including bankruptcy planning and execution, executing operational improvements, business plan development and review, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining operations during transitions. He has industry experience in industrials, business services, healthcare, financial institutions, real estate, and aerospace.
His recent work includes serving as financial advisor to a healthcare technology company through its Chapter 11 bankruptcy eventually leading to an asset sale. He is also responsible for developing and implementing a turnaround plan for a major aerospace parts supplier leading to several cost reduction initiatives.
Prior to joining Novo Advisors, Ashray worked in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting. Prior to FTI, he worked in the Advisory practice at KPMG.
Ashray holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with a concentration of Corporate Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business.
