Michael Ragano

Michael Ragano has spent over 15 years providing critical assistance to companies that are underperforming, in crisis, or healthy with underperforming divisions. His areas of expertise are in performance improvement, bankruptcy and restructuring, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Novo Advisors in 2014, Mike was Operations Manager at McMaster Carr and an associate at Wynnchurch Capital. He also spent five years in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance practice.
