Tom has three decades of C-level operational management, interim management, turnaround and restructuring experience across complex domestic and international businesses. His experience includes development of business plans, cash flow projections, SKU profitability analyses, zero based budgeting, job costing, and inventory/supply chain management, and he also led efforts to pursue sale/leasebacks and recapitalizations to improve the cash position of companies.
Prior to joining Novo, Tom was the CFO for thirteen years of family and private equity owned businesses. Prior to his CFO roles, Tom was a Senior Partner with Silverman Consulting for 17 years, where he assisted in the engineering performance improvement plans and turnarounds for underperforming companies nationwide. He began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
