• Served as financial advisor to a beverage can manufacturer and filler, where Jack helped implement cost reduction initiatives and liquidity management strategies to address a near-term liquidity crisis. He played a key role in guiding the company through a successful Chapter 11 restructuring that preserved operations, maintained customer relationships, and positioned the business for emergence.
• Supported the restructuring of a Fortune 500 healthcare company through its Chapter 11 process, helping preserve enterprise value and facilitate a successful reorganization while coordinating with key stakeholders throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.
• Advised a roll-up of outdoor sporting brands experiencing liquidity challenges, helping stabilize the business and right-size its capital structure by developing a credible go-forward business plan that garnered lender support and improved financial flexibility.
• Served as financial advisor to a coal producer, where Jack supported the divestiture of mining operations and the sale of assets through a competitive auction process, resulting in recoveries to secured lenders that exceeded expectations.

Prior to Novo Advisors, Jack was a Director with FTI Consulting, where he advised corporate clients, lenders, and other stakeholders on complex restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement engagements. Prior to FTI, Jack was an Investment Banking Analyst with League Park Advisors, where he advised middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements.
