Jerry has developed creative solutions that bridge the somewhat disparate views of stakeholder groups for a wide variety of companies:

• As financial advisor to a $100 million private equity backed water treatment company that was experiencing a liquidity crisis, he implemented cash flow forecasting processes and working capital reduction initiatives to avoid recapitalization. 
• In a leadership position for a $500 million multi-level marketing company, he managed the divestiture of two factories and helped negotiate a debt-for-equity swap to avoid a Chapter 11 filing. Jerry helped a $500 million regional airline manage through a liquidity crisis by renegotiating leases for 75 turbo prop aircraft and converting $100 million of owned spare parts inventory to consignment.

Jerry has served as a financial advisor for multiple buy- and sell-side M&A and startup funding transactions and has:

• Performed valuation, due diligence, and developed term-sheet negotiation strategies for a private equity client to execute a series A investment in a healthcare startup. 
• Developed operational plans, valuations, pitch decks, and term-sheet negotiation strategies to help the founders of a healthcare startup obtain seed funding. 
• Performed valuation modeling and quality of earnings (QoE) analysis to help a technology company obtain a $250 million term loan for an acquisition. 
• Helped multiple clients turn around underperforming operations and guided an oilfield services client to turn around a recently acquired business with new supply chain and logistics processes. As a result, he helped reallocate assets across plays, and provided new KPI reporting to monitor performance. 
• Restructured the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) function for a regional airline, increasing dispatch reliability by 200-bps while reducing owned inventory by 15%. 
• Revitalized the stalled launch of a new product for an oilfield services company, stepping in to manage the client's team through business case approval; product captured 200-bps of new market share within 12 months at a +300-bps margin over legacy products. 

Prior to joining Novo Advisors, Jerry worked at Riveron Consulting, a middle-market advisory firm, and at the global consulting firm Ernst & Young, where he focused on operational performance improvement in the oil and gas sector.
