Kevin Neuman has over 30 years of healthcare experience helping clients improve operations, stabilize finances, implement technology, and leverage analytics. He’s worked with many types of healthcare providers, distributors, suppliers, life sciences and tech companies to address the challenges and opportunities presented today, while preparing for tomorrow.
These healthcare concerns include Academic Medical Centers, for-profit and not-for-profit Integrated Delivery Systems, critical access hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory services providers, specialty care, life sciences companies, manufacturers, medical supply distributors and technology solution enterprises. Kevin has built new models of care and service delivery to capitalize on changing demographics, shifting technology and unplanned events like the pandemic.
Kevin also brings an entrepreneurial and operational mindset to client challenges, having founded and run a healthcare analytics company, successfully selling the venture to a Fortune 30 company. Over the course of his career, Kevin has removed significant costs from the bottom line, improved revenue, and dramatically impacted contribution margin equating to over $1 billion.
Prior to Novo, Kevin led performance improvement projects for Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare Industry Group and founded Kaufman Hall’s non-labor solution.
Kevin received his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
