Rob has worked with distressed clients across multiple industries including healthcare, energy, solar, manufacturing, and retail. His expertise includes working with clients to develop cash flow projections, business plan development and review, liquidation analysis, and bankruptcy planning.

As financial advisor for several clients facing liquidity issues, Rob:

• Served as a financial advisor to iSun, Inc. through its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and asset sale process.
• Worked with a $50 million public aerospace manufacturer to develop a 13-week cash flow forecast to negotiate an amendment to its credit facility. He helped the company manage liquidity, develop a business plan, and evaluate LOIs from prospective lenders.
• Worked with a $300 million furniture retailer as it restructured its business. He developed and managed the company’s cash flow forecast and payables to help manage its expenses and stay within the financial covenants imposed by its lenders.

Prior to joining Novo Advisors, Rob worked at Paladin Management Group, a restructuring advisory firm, and Eisner Advisory Group’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. Rob began his career at B. Riley Advisory, formerly GlassRatner, within its restructuring and turnaround advisory practice.

Rob holds an M.A. in International Economics and Finance and a B.A. in business and psychology from Brandeis University. He is a current Board Member and the 2025 President-elect for the New York City chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
